Return/refund policy

Jewelry Exchange/Return privileges must be exercised within 30 days of purchase. (No return on sale or special event items)

If jewelry has been worn or altered (i.e. sized), the customer will be responsible for the fees occurred to put the item back into original condition. 

Any refunds on cash or check purchases are in the form of a check. Any refunds on credit card purchases are given in the form of a credit to the credit card originally used. Refunds on check purchases will be given after 10 business days.

Layaways

Items may remain in layaway for up to six months with a 20% down payment, and a payment every 30 days. Cancellations within thirty days of the original down payment will receive a full refund. Cancellations after thirty days are subject to a 10% restocking fee of the original purchase price of the item(s). Cancellations after sixty days are subject to a 20% restocking fee of the original purchase price of the item(s). In case of nonpayment for two consecutive months, the item will be placed back into stock. Any layaway with no payment for 30 days will automatically receive a paper statement. A layaway agreement form will be filled out and signed and kept on file until the balance of the layaway has been paid in full. Financing is available upon request.

Special Orders


We regret special order items are not returnable or exchangeable. A special order constitutes as any non-inventory jewelry item or watch ordered, custom-made, or altered at the customers request. A minimum deposit of 30% is required at the time of the order. In most cases cancellations are not allowed, however, if a cancellation is possible, a store credit will be issued in the amount of the deposit and subsequent payments. In case of nonpayment for two consecutive months, the original deposit and subsequent will be forfeited and the item will be placed back into stock. Any special order with no payment for 30 days will automatically receive a payment statement. A special order agreement form will be filled out and signed and kept on file until the balance of the special order has been paid in full. Financing is available upon request.
