How does Eco-Drive work?

Eco-Drive converts any light source, natural or artificial, into energy stored in a rechargeable cell inside the watch. In normal wear it simply keeps itself charged, so there is no battery to replace for the life of the movement.

Do you replace watch batteries?

Yes, in house at our Troy showroom, including on watches not purchased from us. Most are done quickly while you wait.

Can you size a watch band?

Yes. We add and remove links and fit bands in house, and we will size it before you leave with a new watch so it is comfortable from day one.

What should I know about buying a pre-owned watch?

Condition and servicing history matter more than age. Our pre-owned selection is evaluated before it goes into the case, and because inventory rotates, it is worth checking back or asking us to watch for something specific.

Do you repair watches?

Yes. Bring it into our Troy location and we will assess it and tell you what it needs and what it will cost before any work is done.
