What width wedding band should I choose?

Most men land between 5mm and 7mm. Narrower bands feel lighter and suit slimmer fingers, wider bands make more of a statement but take getting used to. The difference is far more obvious on the hand than on a screen, so try two or three widths in our showroom before committing.

Which metal is best if I work with my hands?

Tell us what you do for work, because it genuinely changes the answer. Alternative metals like tungsten and ceramic resist scratching but cannot be resized and must be cut off in an emergency. Gold and platinum scratch more easily but can be repaired, resized, and maintained for a lifetime.

Can a men's wedding band be resized later?

Gold, platinum, and silver bands can usually be sized. Tungsten, ceramic, and most other alternative metals cannot be sized at all and have to be exchanged instead. We will tell you which applies to the band you are considering before you buy.

A comfort fit band has a slightly domed interior rather than a flat one, so it slides on easier and sits more comfortably during the day. Comfort fit bands typically run about a half size smaller, which is one more reason to be sized in person.

Do our bands need to match?

Not at all. Plenty of couples choose coordinating metals or matching designs, and plenty choose entirely different bands that suit each of them. Come in together and we will show you both approaches side by side.

How far ahead should we shop?

Three to four months before the wedding is comfortable, since some bands need to be ordered and then sized. If your date is sooner, come in anyway and we will show you what we have in stock that can be ready in time.
