What is a contour or curved band?

A contour band is shaped with a curve so it fits around the center stone of an engagement ring without a gap. If your engagement ring has a low-set or unusually shaped head, a contour band is usually the cleanest solution.

Which metal holds up best for daily wear?

Platinum is the most durable of the precious metals and develops a patina rather than wearing thin. Gold is softer but easier to resize and repair. If you work with your hands, tell us, because that changes the recommendation more than anything else.

When should we start shopping for bands?

Three to four months before the wedding is comfortable. That leaves room for ordering and sizing without rushing. If you are closer than that, come in anyway and we will find something that works within your timeline.

Can my band be resized later?

Most can, though eternity bands with diamonds all the way around and certain alternative metals are limited or cannot be sized at all. We will tell you before you buy so there are no surprises down the road.
