Tacori began in 1969 when Haig Tacorian, an Armenian immigrant who had rebuilt his life more than once before arriving in the United States, settled in California and started designing rings. He had a specific conviction: that a ring should be made the way it was made centuries ago, by hand, one at a time, with the detail work carried through the parts of the ring nobody sees. That conviction became the company. Today Tacori is still family run, led by Haig's children, and still designs and hand-assembles in California rather than outsourcing production overseas.

The brand's signature is the crescent silhouette, a row of tiny arcs sculpted into the inside of every setting where only the wearer can see it. It is a detail with no marketing purpose at the point of sale, which is exactly why it tells you something about how the rings are built.

Our Tacori collection includes solitaire, halo, three stone, and vintage-inspired engagement ring settings, along with matching wedding bands and anniversary rings. Because Tacori settings are made to order, you can pair a setting with a natural or lab-grown center diamond selected with our team.
