I've had so many people say, wow!!!! I love your ring, I said I bought it at Harris, in Troy,Oh. It's my design 1/2 ct. prince/cut in a 8mm gold band with raised gold bezel around my gem.... I only wear it too my favorate places, just so i can flash it off, just too catch people's eyes.... thanks Mark for all the great things said about my ring... I won't go anywhere else.

Mark always makes you feel special. We have a number of memories as he helped our sons choose special jewelry for high school girlfriends to helping me choose special gifts for their brides. Of course our own daughter loves to celebrate special life events with a visit to Harris. It always feels like a very special event.
My favorite was a couple of Christmas's ago when I decided to excercise my independent woman attitude and purchased a nice size increase to my diamond earrings. Mark came around the counter placed them in my ears and handed me a mirror.
The customer service has been impeccable. We will miss you Mark, but love Bonnie..

Well besides the smile and him making you feel like you are the only customer he has to assist,it would be his knowledge and positive attitude. He always goes the extra mile to hear what you are interested in and if he did not have it he would have it created.
I started my Gradaughter with jewelery from Harris on her 1st Christmas. When she was old enough to pick out her own Mark was there to help. One year they found her a stool so she could look into the display cases. Now she has memories to pass on to her children and grandchildren. Mark is about memories!
I wish you long healthy years of retirement!!!
