1. Unconditional 30-Day Return Policy:
You may return any Harris Jeweler order within 30 days of its shipment
or pickup date for a full refund or exchange – no questions
asked. *
2. Free Standard Shipping: (5 – 7 business days) For a fee,
overnight or second day delivery is available upon request. Call
1-800-527-0408 for details.
3. Gift-Wrapping is complimentary, upon request.
4. Free Ring Sizing: Rings purchased will receive one no-charge
ring sizing within the first 30 days of delivery. *
5. Free Insurance Appraisals: Detailed appraisals on all purchases
are provided, upon request.
6. Free Cleaning, Polishing and Inspection: Lifetime polishing,
ultrasonic cleaning and steam cleaning are free for all purchases.
Lifetime inspection of stones, prongs and mountings.

Returning Your Order:
Step one: Pack item in original box including all documents
and any diamond certificates. (Diamond certificate carries a $250.00
replacement fee.)
Step two: Call 1-800-527-0408 for instructions and a Return
Authorization Code. (Merchandise can not be accepted without Return
Authorization Code.)
Step three: Return to store for full refund or exchange.

If Returning Your Order Via Mail:
Follow steps one through three then:
If Value Less Than $500.00:
You can ship it via any carrier. Be sure to ship your package insured
and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment
has reached its destination. (Write authorization code clearly
on outside of box.)**
If Value More Than $500.00:
FedEx and UPS will not insure it, so ship your package Postal
Service Priority Mail, registered (with insurance) and request
a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached
its destination. (Write authorization code clearly on outside
of box.)**

Once your return is received, our Quality Assurance department
will review it. You will receive notification regarding your return
or exchange within five business days.
* Any item that has been resized, engraved, damaged or altered
cannot be accepted for return. No returns or exchanges after 30
days.
** Harris Jeweler, Inc. cannot be responsible for losses or
damages of return shipments.
